GOD IS AND WILL BE CENTRAL TO THE RESOLVING OF THE ZIMBABWE CRISIS, WHETHER ONE BELIEVES IN HIM OR NOT.
Every now and again I have heard the statement or read on social media, “It is time to forget about the bible or quoting scripture, the situation now requires another approach.”What the people who make such utterance basically mean is, “We are now taking matters into our hands, this situation is even beyond God’s ability to fix!”What folly, what foolishness, what ignorance.
The bible teaches that everything is held together by the word of God’s power, if he withdraws everything disintegrates.
Colossians 1…16″For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17″He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
The birth pangs and excruciating pain that a mother goes through before the birth of a baby are not signs that things are out of control and the mother and baby are going to die. They simply signal the end of the mother’s nine month period of carrying the baby and the beginning of a new life.
Forget the so called prophets and their delusionary utterances and pronouncements of deaths and other false predictions. The truth is in the fullness of God’s time which is preceded by all these pains and everything we have had to endure as a nation, a new Zimbabwe will be born.Every true child of God who has asked God and believed him to answer, knows that all these things will pass away. No man will take credit for it.God orchestrates events through man and man believes he is the one who made it happen.No amount of planning at a human level could remove Mugabe,it was God’s doing, it was an important dislodging which will be followed by others to make way for the baby. Painful and stressful process but it is well on its way.In April of 2017 while praying at a youth conference God’s presence hit the altar area as we prayed for Zimbabwe.The Lord clearly stated that he would bring them down and we knew who he meant.When Mugabe and several others went, we knew it was not over, but there is more to come.God is the only one who can deal with a problem at its roots.Dambudziko remuZimbabwe haripedzwe nemunhu,kukundikana kufunga izvozvo.Asi Mwari vachazviita.Vacharigirwa pasi.
